Refund policy

• For inquires dealing with products you may have purchased from your local retailer, please contact the store directly for information on their return policies.

• For questions about products purchased directly from Five Ply Design (online or in studio) please contact us directly and we can help you as quickly as possible. You can email us at store@fiveplydesign.com

Items purchased directly from Five Ply Design, carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee- if you are not happy with your purchase, neither are we. Please contact us for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-Unused and in new condition.
-It must also be in the original packaging.

1. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us via email and we can help assist you in your needs. Typically, we will need you to send back your product in the origional packaging in its unused condition.

2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Natural Materials are completely unique
Please be aware that we use nearly 100% natural and or recycled materials- woods, textiles and finishes are all unique to the individual pieces. Mother Nature is not always consistent- wood grain and coloration varies from piece to piece; recycled felt is different from piece to piece, so you need to expect a variance among products. We make every attempt in representing our products in the photographs as accurately as possible so, please be aware that products may vary from the images on your screen.

• Gifts Notes
We are happy to offer personalized notes to be included with any purchase. Please include (in the notes area of the ordering process) what you would like the note to say and we will in a 3" x 3" note card in the packaging.
